Caitlin, if you are going back to London before you go home, there’s an AWESOME festival called Globe to Globe at the Globe Theatre where troupes from all over the world are performing Shakespeare’s plays in their native languages. You probably saw my squeeing about being onstage during the Korean A Midsummer’s Night’s Dream. 🙂

  2. Anna, I remember our tour guide describing the festival to us, and I would love to go! However, I’m making Irish travels my priority for my last two weeks here, so I don’t think I’ll make it back to London:(

If you go back to London, you should definitely go to 38 Hendon Lane which is where I lived! I don’t think it’s a residence anymore. Turn left out of the Finchley Central Tube station. Also, re Dunluce Castle, I think while we were there I read that the kitchen fell off much later…sometime in the 19th century…

  4. Oh! You’re probably right about the castle. Bad fact checking Whoops! But you know, Johnny the badhran player told me the Irish gift of gab is really just the gift of bull—-, so maybe I’m just getting into the spirit;) I don’t think I’m going to be able to go back to London this trip, even though I just got an EMAIL about the Jubilee, which makes me really want to go. But there’s always grad school;) Even though she won’t be having a jubilee when I’m in grad school…
